The OMS Foundation is offering college scholarships for high school seniors and currently enrolled college students.
First, fill out the form below. In the form please answer all the questions and submit the following:
Essay Topic: Write an essay (500-1000 words) about a challenge you have faced and how you overcame it. Explain how this experience has shaped your educational and career goals
Video Information: Create a 1-2 minute video showcasing your volunteer work and/or personal projects that positively impact your community. Upload your video directly through the form below or email it to omsfoundation1933@gmail.com. Be as creative as possible; instead of just talking straight into the camera, demonstrate your gifts and talents or share your community involvement to tell us your story.
Please note: By submitting photos and videos, you grant OMS Foundation the rights to use these materials for promotional purposes.
